Frameworks has come a long way since its inception in 2003 and changed even more in the past few years since we set up an office in town. Then it was Marg and I and the Frameworks brand was largely about the consulting work one person could do. Since then we have grown and morphed into something different. Now Frameworks is made up of an amazing group of people and the brand is held and grown by a creative, innovative and inspiring team.
With the breadth of skills, knowledge and creativity now available in the team we can provide a more diverse range of services and support whole of organisation changes, regenerating workplace cultures and contributing to workplaces that work. We bring from the past the Frameworks values of ‘excellence, doing what it takes and solving the real problems’, but we take to the future new skills, learning and innovation. From our travels to the States we are inspired to be a New York company in downtown Hobart.
In recognition of this we have been rebranding, renovating and recruiting. We have designed a new website, put in new systems and created a new room for groups.
This website sees the launch of this new phase of our business and as you explore you will meet our team and see a range of the services we offer. But as always feel free to talk with us.
